• Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take additional time or may not be serviceable.

2. Shipping Timeline

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location and product availability.

• In case of high-demand or special orders (e.g., industrial/solar batteries), shipping may take longer. Customers will be notified via email/SMS.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on selected products and promotions.

• Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via email/SMS.

• You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

5. Delayed / Failed Deliveries
