1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Certain items such as customized, special-order, or clearance products may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, installed, or show physical damage not caused during shipping.

  • Perishable or consumable items like distilled water packs, chargers, etc. (if applicable).

3. Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

  • Products must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as a return request.

6. Warranty Claims

  • All batteries are covered by manufacturer warranty (if applicable).

  • Warranty issues should be addressed directly with the manufacturer’s service centers, unless otherwise specified.
