Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Certain items such as customized, special-order, or clearance products may not be eligible for return.
Products that have been used, installed, or show physical damage not caused during shipping.
Perishable or consumable items like distilled water packs, chargers, etc. (if applicable).

Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
Products must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as a return request.
All batteries are covered by manufacturer warranty (if applicable).
Warranty issues should be addressed directly with the manufacturer’s service centers, unless otherwise specified.
